Integrative Health Coaching: General

The Integrative Health Coaching Process Model (IHCP) takes a whole-person approach to optimizing health and wellness. By taking an inventory of the seven primary areas of the individual’s life/lifestyle (Movement, Exercise, and Rest; Nutrition, Personal and Professional Development; Physical Environment; Relationships and Communication, Spirituality, and Mind-Body Connection), with an emphasis on mindful awareness, areas of focus are identified and evaluated.

This is ideal for the individual looking for a “jump-start” to identify and begin to address certain behaviors that may be keeping the individual from achieving optimal health and wellness.

Integrative Health Coaching: Chronic Conditions

Integrative Health Coaching for Chronic Conditions assists the individual facing life-changing medical conditions. Through the Integrative Health Coaching Process Model (IHCP), taking a whole-person approach, the individual is able to optimize their health and wellness through diet, exercise, stress management, communication, etc.… This, in turn, helps the individual increase overall quality of life and clinical outcomes. As an individual who manages a chronic condition, Dr. Fox has the first-hand experience with the benefits of Integrative Health.

Integrative Health Coaching: Teens

Teens are a particularly special group of individuals. Navigating adolescence and early adulthood is stressful. Integrative Health Coaching helps this particular group of individuals become more self-aware and provides the tools needed for stress management and meaningful and effective communication. This helps the teen build and nurture meaningful relationships, set safe and effective boundaries, increase productivity (time management), and better manage overall stress.

Integrative Health Coaching: Law Enforcement

Integrative Health Coaching may be particularly effective for law enforcement both active and retired. The accountability aspect of the Integrative Health Coaching Process Model (IHCPM) allows the individual to address areas such as stress management, personal and professional development, diet and exercise, and relationships and communication in a non-judging and safe environment. The IHCPM is non-event specific and addresses the officer/agent’s overall health and wellness in both their personal and professional lives. As the daughter of a Federal Agent, Dr. Fox has a unique perspective surrounding law enforcement and the unique needs of the individuals involved.
